Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 gramsnew potatoes, parboiled until almost cooked, sliced
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 4Shallots thinly sliced
  • 3 clovelarge, crushed
  • 1 tspchoppped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tspchopped freah chives
  • 1 tspchopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    bring.pan of slightly salted.water to boil , add the potatoes,cook them for about 15-20 minutea until just tender, drain them well

  2. 2

    melt butter

  3. 3

    fry the shalotts and garlic on low.heat until.soft

  4. 4

    add the poratoes and mix,with the butter.

  5. 5

    season with salt and pepper let onions.caramelize until.poratoes are cooked through.

  6. 6

    transfer to plates or.bowl and sprinkle with the herbs
