Ingredients

  1. For Gatta
  2. 1/2katori Besan
  3. 1 TspOil
  4. Pinch hing
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 TspMirchi Powder
  7. 1/2 TspCrush Coriander Seeds, Sauf
  8. 1/2 TspCurd
  9. For Mirchi
  10. 250 gMoti Mirchi
  11. 1 TspRai, Jeera, Onion Seeds
  12. 1/2 TspAmchoor Powder, Dhaniya Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Gatta ingredients to make dough

  2. 2

    Roll the dough into small cylindrical shapes and boil till it floats then cut it into pieces

  3. 3

    Take 2 Tbs Oil in Kadhai, add rai, jeera, onion seeds and sauf

  4. 4

    Add mirchi cut into round shapes

  5. 5

    Add Masala, salt, Mirchi Powder, Amchoor Powder, Dhaniya Powder and Haldi

  6. 6

    Cook for 2-3 Minutes after which add the Gatta Pieces to it and Mix well.
