  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 teaspoonCrushed garlic
  5. 1 pinchHaldi
  6. 2Vertically chopped green chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2-3 teaspoonsRoasted Sesame seeds / Til
  9. 1 tablespoonOil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Vertically Chopped potato,dipped in water to avoid blackening

    Vertically chopped capsicums

    Heat oil in a pan and add vertically chopped onion and pinch of salt..sauté for some time

    Add crushed garlic, potato, and green chilli

    Adjust salt and cook covered for 5 minutes

    Add capsicum and roasted Til,mix well and cook uncovered till done.

    Turn and check in between..it's ready to serve
