Ingredients

  1. 5 largePotatos
  2. 3 tbspEarthbalance Butter (Vegan, Nondairy, Lactose Free)
  3. onion powder
  4. garlic powder
  5. basil
  6. Parsley flakes
  7. 1 tbspGreek Seasoning
  8. Soy Bacon flavored bits
  9. Himalayan Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash, and cube potatos. Then, boil potatos until tender.

  2. 2

    Drain potatoes then return to them meduim heat. Add in the butter, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, parsley flakes, greek seasoning, and himalayan salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Remove potatos from heat and top with soy bacon bits

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
