  • 1 glassrice
  • 1/2 kgliver
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2 spoonschopped coriander
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • 1 tsproyco
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the two cups of water in a sufuria and add salt.

  2. 2

    Wash the rice. Add it into the boiling water and cover.

  3. 3

    Cut the liver into pieces. Chop the onions and tomatoes..

  4. 4

    Add oil onto a sufuria. When hot add the onions and fry. Add the liver and stir..

  5. 5

    Add in the tomatoes and coriander then cover for a minute.

  6. 6

    Uncover and stir. Add in the salt and royco and continue stirring. Add 1 spoon of water and stir.

  7. 7

    Cover to cook. Enjoy with the boiled rice.
