Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cupunsalted butter, melted
  2. 2 cuplightly packed brown sugar
  3. 2 largeeggs
  4. 2 tbsphot water
  5. 1 1/2 cupcherry chocolate chips
  6. 1/2 cupdried cherries, chopped
  7. 2 2/3 cupall purpose flour
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 tspbaking soda
  10. 1/4 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F Fahrenheit.

    Combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and hot water and mix well .

    Stir in remaining dry ingredients.

    Mix in cherry chocolate chips and dried cherries.

    Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased parchment lined cookie sheet.

    Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
