Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4 cupjowar flour
  2. 2 tsps corn flour
  3. 3 tbsp maida flour
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped tomatoes
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  7. 2 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tspoil for greasing and cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency using enough water.

  2. 2

    Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly using ¼ tsp of oil.

  3. 3

    Pour a ladleful of the batter on the non-stick tava (griddle) and spread it in a circular motion to make a diameter circle.

  4. 4

    Cook, using ¼ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.

  5. 5

    Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 2 more chilas.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with any chutney or raitha.
