#diabetes this is my innovation for all the diabetic patients.It can satisfy the appetite of both vegetarian and non vegetarian people alike.No onion or garlic is used to prepare it.Hope you all enjoy it.

Steps

At first dry roast the oats and keep aside

Now prepare a mixture of curd,garam marsala powder turmeric powder salt and jeera powder
- 3
Now marinate the veg cubes

Heat oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds,bay leaf red chilli and strands of javitri
- 5
Add the marinated veges and fry them in low flame.

In another pan boil the water and add the roasted oats.strain out the water immediately.

Add the oats with the fried veges and mix well.

Garnish it with slitted green chilli and coriander leaves.serve it hot with coriander raita

Mix coriander leaves paste,salt,chat masala powder and curd and your raita is ready
