Ingredients

  1. 2 small cup or 150 g rice
  2. 2onion
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 2capsicums
  5. 2potatoes
  6. 1/2 cupboiled or fresh peas
  7. 1 cupchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 inchfresh ginger
  9. 8garlic cloves
  10. 2 tsppavbhaji masala
  11. 1 tspdhania (coriander) powder
  12. 5 tbspoil or butter for tadka
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice and boil potatoes and peas. Chop all vegetables. Make a paste of ginger and garlic cloves with salt.

    Heat butter on low flame, add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion,. Tomatoes, capsicum, boiled & peeled & little smashed potatoes, and peas.fry it properly then add two spoon water add turmeric powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder stir it well and off the gas stove add pavbhaji masala and dhania powder and finally add rice which you have made mix well and add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve tava pulav to children & dear ones
