Ingredients

2-4 servings
  • 2 cupssoft bread crumbs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1grated coconut
  • 1 cupsugar
  • as required or 2-3 dropspink colour
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
  • 8-10 or as neededchooped cashewnuts ya pista for Decoration

  1. 1

    Soak bread crumbs in milk for about 10 minutes.Combine coconut and sugar, stir over a low heat till the sugar melts.

  2. 2

    Add the soaked breadcrumbs and stir till well mixed (for about 5 to 7 minutes).

  3. 3

    Add Ghee and continue stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

  4. 4

    Add coloring, essence and cashewnuts,pista and mix well till the colour is evenly blended.

  5. 5

    Turn the mixture onto a greased tray and spread it evenly.Allow it to cool and then cut into desired shapes.
