Nothing fancy, but (in my opinion) the best way to have pork. Simple and succulent.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper on both sides

Once pan and oil is heated thoroughly, add chops

Cook without moving for 4-5 minutes

Flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes

Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing

*Times may vary depending on thickness of chop

**Internal temperature of pork should reach 145 * (after resting!) per USDA guidelines :)
