  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2onion
  • 1 tspbarbecue spice
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 2 table spoonoil

    Marinade liver with garlic lemon and barbecue spice for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add onion and oil cook in a low heat for 10minutes

  3. 3

    Garnish with tomato ring and onion serve with rice
