A friend told me that beef hump tasted soo sweet and so i had to try this meal
Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes in lightly salted water till almost cooked and drain.

Stirfry the hump chops (no oil required since the hump got enough fat)
- 3
Add in the shallots and tomatoes and cover for 10min
- 4
Add in the petatoes and season. Cover for 5min.
- 5
Serve hot
