Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gbeef hump diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pcshallot chopped
  • 2large tomatoes diced
  • 6large irish potatoes peeled

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes in lightly salted water till almost cooked and drain.

  2. 2

    Stirfry the hump chops (no oil required since the hump got enough fat)

  3. 3

    Add in the shallots and tomatoes and cover for 10min

  4. 4

    Add in the petatoes and season. Cover for 5min.

  5. 5

    Serve hot
