Ingredients

250 gmgreen chilli
100 gmginger
3 spoonvinegar(may vary, any vinegar white or sugarcane)
1-2lemon
3 spoonsalt (may vary according to taste)
1 pinchheeng

Steps

Wash the chillies and ginger. Dry with the help of clean cloth or keep in sun light for 20 minutes.Cut them in pieces. Ginger in round pieces.

Add vinegar and salt. Squeeze lemon. Spread heeng.

Store in a glass jar. Vinegar chillies are ready to serve.
