A quick, no knead bread. Best eaten hot from the oven.

Mix the yeast and water. Let sit aside while you combine all other ingredients except the flour.

Mix all wet ingredients together. Add in flour a half cup at a time. Mix well.

Cover and let rest for one hour until doubled.

Punch dough down. Turn dough out into a greased casserole dish (I use a round Pyrex dish).

Let dough raise another 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes. It will need this long, the outside will be a dark brown, but the inside needs to cook longer or it will be gooey.

Let cool slightly. Turn out of pan. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with a bit of salt, and serve warm.
