Toast almonds in toaster oven for 2 minutes.

Let almonds cool.

In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate in water bath.

Stir in dried cranberries and almonds.

Drop by tablespoonful onto tray lined with waxed paper.

Chill until hardened.
