Ingredients

  • 80 gramsPasta (I used thin spaghetti)
  • 5 tbspButter
  • 1Grated Cheese (I used Emmental)

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package

  2. 2

    Rinse and put on a plate

  3. 3

    Add grated cheese and mix

    Heat butter in a saucepan

  5. 5

    Keep stiring until it starts to bubble and finaly turns brown

    Turn off the heat and immediately pour butter over your pasta

  7. 7

    Top with some more grated cheese, mix and enjoy :)
