  • 1Very lean roast, trim the fat
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1Celery stalk, whole, chopped
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1as needed Salt, pepper, minced garlic, spice blend.

    Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook low for 8-12 hours.

    This is yummy by itself or roll in lettuce wraps or atop a bed of shredded lettuce.
