Saunf, jeera & ajwain ko halka sa kuut lo.

Ek bowl mein aata, salt, haldi, lal mirch, coriander powder, saunf, jeera, ajwain, kasuri methi, green chilli, coriander leaves, garam masala, methi chopped, oil. Mix well.

Ab isme curd mix kerke aata knead kerle. Uske baad isko 1 hr ke liye side per rkhdo.

Tawa garam kerke thepla ko roti ki trh bel lo fir dono trf se sek kar fir oil lagalo.

Garam garam thepla chutney ke saath serve kero.
