A crispy easy recipe made from Boiled Pork. I used some of the fatty parts to render to get a good flavor in the onions.
Cooking Instructions

Heat a skillet. Pull it apart just a bit chip the fat up well. Add the pork to the skillet.

When the fat has rendered enough to get wet add the chopped onion
- 3
Get the pork caramelized
- 4
Serve as is or with your favorite steak sauce or barbecue sauce
