Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsSliced pork offcuts
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 1 cloveGarlic (minced)
  4. 1 pinchSalt and pepper
  5. 1 smallpiece ☆ Ginger (grated)
  6. 1 smallpiece ☆ Garlic (grated)
  7. 1 tspSugar
  8. 1 tspHoney
  9. 3 tbspMirin
  10. 2 tbsp☆ Cooking sake
  11. 3to 4 tablespoons ☆ Soy sauce
  12. 1Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the onion thinly. Heat some oil and garlic in a pan. Once it's fragrant, add the meat and the onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir fry.

    Cook until the onion caramelizes in a golden-brown color. When the onion turns brown, add the ☆ ingredients and mix to combine. You're all done.
