Easy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork

This is the pan fried pork with ginger that my mom used to cook for me, and I thought I could eat more lettuce in this way than eating it separately.
Lettuce is easy to cook through so add it right before you eat. You can put in a lot of lettuce because even if you used 2 small heads of lettuce you would get surprised at how they wilt and soften up. I always buy a lot of lettuce when it's cheap. Recipe by asaco*

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grate ginger and garlic and put them in a bowl with all the ★ ingredients. Mix.
- 2
Put thinly sliced pork in the bowl and mix it well so that the meat absorbs the seasonings. Let it rest for more than 30 minutes. Meanwhile wash the lettuce and drain it.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat taken out from the bowl. (Make sure to not pour in the marinating sauce.) Stir well to evaporate the moisture.
- 4
When the meat is cooked through, add the half amount of the lettuce by ripping it by your hands. Pour the rest of the sauce and the additional soy sauce, cooking sake, and honey. Mix and combine everything together.
- 5
When the lettuce and the meat are mixed, add the other half of the lettuce and mix it. Done!
- 6
This is the amount of the lettuce I used this time. This was less than the amount I use usually, and my husband noticed! He said he wanted more (ahaha).
