Extra moist, and rich brownies that I threw together for a quick healthy treat. I'm unwilling to sacrifice flavor for health. If it doesn't taste good, then don't make it.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2coconut sugar
  2. 1 tspvanilla
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/2 cupcoco & semi sweet chocolate chips
  5. 4 tbspcoco
  6. 1/2 cupcoconut flour, minus about a tbsp.
  7. 1 stickplus 2 tb. real butter
  8. Chocolate Frosting
  9. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  10. 2 tbsppowdered sugar, and 1/2 cup butter. 4 tablespoons cocoa powder. May add a little milk for a fluffy texture.

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 300

    Sift dry ingredients except for sugar

  3. 3

    Crack eggs, break yolks up, set aside.

  4. 4

    Mix room temperature butter, and sugar together.

  5. 5

    Add egg, and butter mixture to dry ingredients.

  6. 6

    Mix well.

  7. 7

    Grease 8x9 pan with grapeseed oil, or coconut oil.

    Bake 30 mins

    Let cool, then frost

  10. 10

    I love adding fresh milk of any kind. Pour over top for a fresh dessert.
