Bbq bacon meatloaf
Added some brown sugar and some sweet baby rays brown sugar recipe was delish. Good mothers day dinner!
Cooking Instructions

Take half of the bacon and puree to a paste in a blender.

Mix eveything else except the bbq sauce in a bowl with the bacon paste.

Fill a loaf pan half way up, then baste with the bbq sauce.
- 4
Fill up the rest of the loaf pan and baste again with bbq sauce. Use the rest of the bacon to cover the top, then baste again.

Bake at 400 for 50-55 min
I love to experiment with all types of meats, slow cooker, casaroles, and grilling. I use lots of bacon and cheese. I do like to tweak my recipes so if you see somthing changed, then it got a good review. New house in the spring, so check back for lots more grilling recipes!

I made and cooked two meatloaves so I could freeze one for a later dinner. After I defrosted it , I decided to serve it in a new way and what doesn't taste great with bacon, cheese and barbecue sauce? We rarely have "leftover" meatloaf but I think I'll make two from now on! Maybe next time I'll use sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella. Yum!!

My kids and I wanted to experiment with a basic meatloaf recipe. Prep time 10 minutes, cook time 50 minutes. I think I need to change servings from 6 to 1 adult and 2 teens in one sitting. As the adult I only got a normal serving size.
