Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • 1hashbrowns
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 largejalapeno
  • 1 tsptajin clasico seasoning
  • chorizo
  • 1lb chorizo
  • 5 largeeggs
  • 4blend Mexican shredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop up onion, garlic, and jalapeno.

  2. 2

    Fry up hashbrowns, adding onion, garlic, and jalapeno.

  3. 3

    When hashbrowns are close to done, Fry The chorizo in a separate skillet.

  4. 4

    Scramble 5 eggs in a bowl and add to chorizo.

  5. 5

    Plate the hashbrowns and spoon chorizo on top.

  6. 6

    Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!

Very tasty! Not sure when to add the Tajin, so I just sprinkled it on top. Full of flavor...would be great on fresh tortillas!
