3 mediumPrawns peeled tail on
1 piecePotato peeled cut into four
40 mlNestle cream
30 mlolive oil
30 gramsminced garlic
60 mldry white wine
30 gramsbutter
2 tbsplemon juice
10 gramschopped parsley
1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Boil potato sprinkle with salt and pepper. Strain when potato is soft then mash it. Set aside.

Put cream on the sauce pan and heat till warm. Add the mashed potatoes stir on medium heat until creamy. Set aside.

In a pan pour olive oil, saute' shrimp season with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic then pour the white wine simmer until it reduce then add the lemon juice and butter.

Emulsify the garlic, lemon, and butter sauce along the shrimp and turn off the heat. Add chopped parsley.

Place a spoonful of mashed potato on a serving dish then put shrimp on top. Drizzle with sauce.
