Roll the meat out thinly , add salt, cut them into 3 inch by 3 inch squares. poke five small hole into each patty, one in each corner and in center. I used a chopstick to do this.

Fry the patties

Take the onions and steam fry in butter. take buns set on top to steam. add beef patty on bottom part of roll, and mustard goes on top part

Add pickle and onions on the beef patty. close the roll, hope you enjoy
