Bring your potatoes to a boil in salted water and allow to cook till ready.

Mash your potatoes and stir in your butter onions and ginger garlic paste. Set aside to cool.

Mould your mashed potatoes to strips and chill for an hour.

Crack and whisk your egg...then dip in the potato strips one after the other

Then evenly coat with bread crumbs. Chill again for an hour. Then deep fry in averagely hot oil until nicely golden.

Your croquettes are ready to serve.
