Ingredients

  • Filling 5 to 6 cooking apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupwater.1/4 cup sugar
  • 2-3 Tcinnamon powder​
  • Yopping 4 T butter
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tvanilla
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel core and slice apples into 7 x 11 pan

  2. 2

    Brat egg into water and pour over apples

  3. 3

    Stir sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle over apples

  4. 4

    Pastry blend the butter, sugar, flour vanilla and salt. This makes a crumbly topping.

  5. 5

    Top apples, bake at 350 for 45 min
