250 gramssalmon (boneless)
1 clovegarlic minced
1 cloveonion, chopped
1 bunchbroccoli (small size)
1/4 cupdry white wine
2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
1 piecebell pepper (any color you want)
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
pinchsalt & pepper

In a pan, saute' garlic, onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Add salmon then pour dry white wine. Simmer until liquid evaporate.

Put the grated cheese and broccoli. Stir a bit just to coat the salmon and broccoli with cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can be served with wheat bread (for the weight conscious) or steam rice with soup.
