Ingredients

  1. 1 headlettuce
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 1beefsteak or other large tomato
  4. 1/2red onion
  5. 1/2roast chicken, chopped and skinned
  6. 1/2 lbmushrooms
  7. 5 slicepepperjack cheese
  8. 1/2 cupsliced roasted almonds
  9. 1Ken's Steakhouse Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette(or any dressing)

  1. 1

    Wash all vegetables and peel cucumber if desired

  2. 2

    Dice everything including chicken, except for almonds.

  3. 3

    Toss all ingredients together with the vinaigrette.

  4. 4

    Enjoy the tastiest chicken salad ever!
