Ingredients

  • 150 gramsFlour
  • 150 gramsGranulated sugar
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 5Eggs
  • 1/4 cupMarsala wine
  • 1 tbspBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mount (whisk) the egg whites and set it aside

  2. 2

    Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg yolks

  3. 3

    Add the Marsala wine and mix well

  4. 4

    Add the flour

  5. 5

    Add the egg whites you previously mounted and stir gently

  6. 6

    Add the baking powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Grease a baking dish, add your dough and bake it for about 25 to 40 minutes (depends a lot on your over) at 180 C / 350°F

  8. 8
