Ingredients

  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 1/2 tspgarlic chopped
  • 1Green chilli
  • Onion bulbs
  • 250 gmsSpring onion
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tbspRoasted gram flour
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1 tsp mustard seeds into 3 tbsp hot oil

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 tsp each of cumin & carom seeds

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp green chillies & 1/2 tsp garlic

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup onion bulbs, fry till golden brown

  5. 5

    Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp each of red chilli & coriander

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste

  7. 7

    Add 250 gms spring onion greens, cook for 2-3 mins

  8. 8

    Add 4 tbsp roasted gram flour, briskly mix

  9. 9

    Cook for 4-5 mins on low heat

  10. 10

    Sprinkle 1/2 tsp each of garam masala & lemon juice, take off heat, serve
