Ingredients

4 servings
  • For stuffing
  • 4medium size capsicum
  • 100 gmcrumbled Paneer
  • 150 gmsboiled rice
  • 3 tbspthick curd
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1chopped green chili
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • 1 tspoil
  • For gravy
  • 2 tspoil
  • 3medium size onions
  • 3big tomatoes
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 inchginger
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspSabji masala
  • 1 tspSalt or according to your taste
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspred chili powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tbspcream or malai
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • Some chopped coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First scope all the seeds from capsicum. And make it hollow.

  2. 2

    Now mix all ingredients like rice Paneer curd and all the spices mention for the stuffing and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now stuff all the capsicums.

  4. 4

    Now set them in a microwave safe bowl.

  5. 5

    Pour some oil over it and microwave it for 5-7mints or till it becomes tender.

  6. 6

    Now churn tomatoes and onion in mixi.

  7. 7

    Now crushed garlic ginger and finely chopped green chillies.

  8. 8

    Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let splutter.

  9. 9

    Add crushed garlic ginger and finely chopped green chilli and saute them.

  10. 10

    Now add onion tomato paste and saute them for some time.

  11. 11

    Now add all the spices and dry them until it leaves the oil.

  12. 12

    Now add cream and fry again till oil separates.

  13. 13

    Now add sugar and again fry a bit.

  14. 14

    Now add some water in it And give it a boil.

  15. 15

    Now pour this gravy over the capsicum.

    Again microwave it fr 5mints.

    Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy it with paratha or rice.
