1Your favorite pasta sauce
1Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1Olive Oil

Steps

Slice eggplant in 1/2 inch slices.

Place on grill at medium heat until tender. Baste with olive oil.

While grilling eggplant, heat pasta sauce.

When eggplant is almost done, add pasta sauce and shredded cheese.

Grill until cheese is melted.

Serve hot. Enjoy!

Wonderful. I never had egg plant before.
I made along with it gelled chicken breast.
With lemon pepper seasoning.Ummm good..
