I love to cook this on a Sunday morning & start the day with a hot homemade meal. It's really filling. It's great for leftovers to help wake you up on Monday morning too.

I love to cook this on a Sunday morning & start the day with a hot homemade meal. It's really filling. It's great for leftovers to help wake you up on Monday morning too.
Steps

Cook the sausage, mushrooms, red pepper & garlic in a large pan over medium high heat until the meat is no longer pink. Then drain grease.

Add Monterey Jack cheese & stir. Then pour into a greased deep dish pie plate.

In a medium bowl mix milk, eggs, Bisquick & pepper.

Pour over the sausage mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400° or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Top with cheddar cheese & bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
