Add some oil (I use EVOO) to a large skillet over medium high heat. Let it heat up for about a minute and then add the chicken and broccoli.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Flip the chicken over so it is cooking on both sides then add the sauce. Turn the heat down to medium low and let the chicken finish cooking, stirring occasionally.

I found thia easy recipe through google. I add some to suit my taste. If you used the chesdale be careful with the salt portion since it's already salty to begin with. Don't overdo it.
