Ingredients

40 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 1 cuprava(semolina)
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1/4 tspeno
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. 1 tspsalt to taste

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a large mixing bowl, add rava, curd, eno and salt to it. Now add water and mix well to make batter. cover and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Put spoonfuls of the batter in to greased idli moulds and steam for 10-12 minutes.

  3. 3

    Repeat with the remaining batter to make more idlis. Serve hot with coconut chutney and Sambhar.
