Ingredients

  • 1large piece of chicken
  • 3 TBcooking oil
  • 1/2ts Black pepper
  • 1/2ts curry powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat some oil in a pan.When hot mix the spices with the chicken and fry it both sides for 10 min.

  2. 2

    When done,remove from the pan,preheat oven 250 degrees for 10 min.Put chicken in aluminium foil and place it in the oven for 20 min or till ready.

  3. 3

    When all cooked,remove from oven and serve with fries.
