Ingredients

8 servings
  • 110 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 110 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tspseason salt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 116 oz french onion chip dip
  • 2frozen diced hashbrowns, thawed
  • 2 packagesshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 mediumdiced onion
  • 1/2 eachmedium diced red & green peppers
  • 1 stickof unsalted butter
  • 2 tbspsalted butter

Steps

1 hour 10 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven @ 400°. In a skillet saute peppers and onions in 2 tbsp salted butter. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In a large 13x9 pan, mix all ingredients, except 1 package of cheese.

  3. 3

    Cover with foil & bake for 45 minutes. Mix again & add last package of cheese on top. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes or when cheese melts & everything is bubbly. Then serve.
