  • 200 gmsBaked Rice
  • 100 mlcurd
  • 8in number red chillies
  • 2 cupsgrated coconut
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 250 mlcooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the Baked rice in curd for about 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Then in a mixer grinder grind it along with red chili. grated coconut, and salt as a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan add cooking oil and boil. Put vada and fry it.

  4. 4

    Rice vadai is ready to taste.
