2 tbspvegetable oil
clovegarlic
8 ozchicken breast
pinchsalt
pinchblack pepper
3 ozflour
2 ozsake (or 2 Tab,)
3 ozmirin (or 3 Tab)
2 ozsoy sauce (or 2Tab)

Fry garlic in vegetable oil

Discard garlic
3

Salt and pepper chicken. Coat with flour. Fry chicken in oil
4

Add sake , mirin and soy sauce. Fry for a couple minutes until sauce is thickened.
