Instant noodle cutlet/burger
Here’s an interesting appetiser for your parties/social gatherings. Also a nutritious snack for your kids

Semi cook the instant noodles using very less water without the seasoning. Drain the water once done and keep aside

In a mixing bowl combine all the mashed potato and the veggies. Mix well

Add the noddle seasoning if you prefer or season the mix with salt to taste and curry/Pav bhaaji masala

Add the semi cooked noodles to the veggies and mix well

In a small bowl combine cornflour, all purpose flour and water to make a liquidy batter

In a plate spread a handful of bread crumbs

Now take a handful of the veggie-noddle mixture and form patties gently
- 8
Coat each patty well with the cornflour batter first and then with bread crumbs

Align the patties on a baking tray.Spray a small amount of olive oil on them

Bake/grill for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius

Alternatively, shallow/pan fry the patties till crisp on both sides

Serve hot as cutlets with mint chutney/ketchup or serve them as burgers with a sheet of cheddar cheese and some greens in the bun. Enjoy!

Tips: Baking the patties ensures very little usage of oil to cook them

Tips:Semi cooking the noodles ensures they do not turn mushy and a problem while you mix them with the veggies
