8Green Onions
32 ozCabbage Coleslaw Mix
1 cupRed Onion
Dressing
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/4 cupvegetable oil
2 tbspwhite vinegar
2 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspAsian sesame oil or canola oil
2 tbspminced ginger
1Salt and Pepper

Thinly slice the onions, and toss with the cabbage.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients until the sugar is dissolved and the dressing is smooth.

Toss together the salad and dressing and serve.
