In a large bowl sift together the flour,baking powder,baking soda and mix well.

In a separate bowl take all remaining ingredients and mix well in grinder

Now take a bowl add coco powder and milk mix well.

Take a microwave bowl and grease well with oil

Now keep in a microwave for bake 20 / 25 minutes

After that remove it.

Now it's time for serving
