Firstly Put over night soaked urad daal in your mixer grinder and grind it well.and now we'll take a pan heat the oil(make sure oil proportion always like 3tbs daal -2tbs oil).And put pinch of hing,our grind daal paste in it.now put some spices red chilie powder,garam masala,dry corriender powder,salt into it. And rost it well....

Rost tha daal.... when it's colour and texture looks like this pic.

Now Take our refind flour put ajwain,salt and dalda ghee in it.mix well..

Make a nice dough.with warm water.

Now heat the oil for deep frying.make a round small ball and flatten it with your palm. put some daal in it..and flatten it by your rolling pin.

And deep fry our kachori in slow flame to be in nice golden colour...

Our kachories ready to serve...serve it with aaloo ki sabji or green chutney and tomato ketchup.
