    Firstly besan suji oil sabhi masale or hing zeera mix little bit water dal ke soft dough bana le.

    Gas pe pani boil krne ke lie rakhein. thora atta leke lambai mein gatte bnate jaye or 10 mein ke lie sim gas p boil karein.10m khad gas off krde or fatto ko thanda hone ke lie rakh de.

    Ab tarke ke lie karahi gas p rakhde or usme oil dale.oil garam hone par usme ajwain dale.Jab ajwain brown hone lage to usme tomato or green chilli ke chote chote pieces kar ke dale. Add spices.5 mein tak bhune.Add water,add cut gatte.Boil hone par gas sim kar ke 10 mein tak pakate.

    Curd ko fate ke gatte ki sabzi mein mix karein.at last coriander leaves se Garnishing karein.

    Tasty and delicious gatte ki sabzi ready hai.Ise aap rice ya chapati, parantha kissi ke bhi saath kha saktein hai.
