Awesome Tiffin (no bake chocolate cake) plus ginger Tiffin

Macmillan charity coffee morning - I had to make lots of cakes and to save room in the oven I made the raisin, cherry and digestive, then the raisin, dark chocolate, stem ginger and ginger snaps - everyone loved them so much that people donated for the promise of making them one and delivering it to their homes! I certainly raised a lot of money and mostly due to Tiffin

Steps
- 1
In a pan gently melt the butter, sugar, syrup, milk and dark chocolate.
- 2
Remove from heat and stir in the biscuit and fruit
- 3
Pour into a lined tin.
- 4
Melt the white chocolate in pan or microwave 30 seconds high then stir then 30 seconds
- 5
With a spoon drizzle white chocolate from a spoon all over the top
- 6
Put in fridge to set - at least 5 hours then take out and cut into squares
- 7
A little twist in my tiffin - ginger snaps (maybe someone in US can convert that please), with raisins and chunks of stem ginger - see my ginger cake recipe for details - and melted dark/milk chocolate mix drizzled (blobbed) over the top
