Mix maida, soda, baking powder and salt and mix it. Now add curd and water and make nice soft dough. And cover it with oil and keep it in airtight container for 1 hour.

Now take clay tawa and heat it.while it's heating take small piece of dough and just streach it with hand. Or you can use rolling pin. Once it’s stretched brush one side with water and put watery side on down on tawa and make slow flame.

Once it starts showing bubbles on top flip tawa with handle and gently remove nan from tawa.

Using clipper roast nan directly on flame. Once it gets blackish spot, take it on plate and brush butter and serve.
