Steps

Sieve the flour in a bowl.

Rub in the margarine to the mixture.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add in the liquid and mix to make a soft dough.

Leave the dough to rest for (10-15)

Make round balls,roll out and fry with little oil turning the sides until golden brown.

Remove from pan and serve hot
